widerAdvance Facility – open call
WiderAdvance Facility is a EU funded project that supports the valorization of knowledge in Widening countries and Outermost Regions (ORs). It promotes the exploitation of research and innovation results from the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programmes, particularly under the Widening/WIDERA actions, with the goal of reducing regional disparities.
Its primary objective is to accelerate the valorization and exploitation of Key Exploitable Results (KERs), thereby enhancing the socio-economic impact of these projects. To achieve this, it provides services such as tailored training, individualized coaching, intellectual property consultancy, and the organization of matchmaking events. These activities facilitate access to strategic networks, partnerships, and complementary funding sources, contributing to the increased impact and sustainability of research outcomes.
Who can apply?
Organisations from Widening Countries that have received funding under Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe. (Widening/WIDERA).

Deadlines
The Open Call will be officially launched on 28/05/2025 and will remain open until 30/06/2028, allowing potential beneficiaries to apply at any time. During the Open Call specific cut-off dates will be set to collect and assess the received applications and deliver the different services of the widerAdvance Facility. It is important for applicants to always check when the next cut-off date has been set and submit their applications accordingly.
